How Else Can Ideas Be Submitted?

You can submit an idea informally by e-mail at any time. Your suggestion should include an explanation of the background situation as well as a description and rationale for your idea. We would also ask you to explain why it is not possible to make use of an existing 快三砍龙 funding programme. It must be clear from your idea why you are addressing it to the 快三砍龙, and specifically to the Committee on Scientific Instrumentation and Information Technology (WGI Committee).
